Processing Time

Orders are handmade with care! Please allow 10 business days for processing before shipping.

Shipping

Once shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier. I’m not responsible for postal delays or damages during transit, but please reach out if there’s an issue — I’ll do my best to help.

Returns & Refunds

Because each item is made to order, I don’t accept returns or exchanges.

If there’s ever a problem with your order, please contact me within 5 days of delivery so we can work out a solution.

➡️ For tumblers: Once a tumbler has been made, store credit is the only refund option — and only if agreed upon by the shop owner.
